ETL ATS400 Safety Tester

ETL ATS400 MT (Machinery Tester) is a comprehensive electrical safety tester featuring: AC high-voltage test 5kV AC, an insulation resistance test with 1000V DC and an earth bond test up to 25A AC. These tests enable the machinery tester to perform electrical safety tests in accordance to EN60204-1.

• 100 – 5 000 V AC,
• 0.1 – 100 mA, 500 VA
• Isc > 200 mA, potential-free

Protective Earth Test

• 0.5 – 25 A AC, 1 – 500 mΩ

Insulation resistance

• 50 – 1 000 V DC,
• 0.5 – 400 MΩ,
• current-limited, EN 50191

Test system with HV-AC, ISO, PE

• Test system with X4 user interface for remote control via PC and for standalone usage:
• Test time adjustable from 0,1 s – 99 min, endless
• Including manufacturers certificate of calibration

Hi Pot test, HV-Module HVA5-100:

• Test voltage adjustable from 100 – 5000 V AC, potential free
• Trip current adjustable from 0,1 – 100 mA
• Frequency adjustable from 45 – 65 Hz
• Electronically regulated, incl. ramp function and active discharge
• Power of transformer 500 VA, short circuit current > 200 mA
• Switching on test voltage at zero crossing of voltage
• Monitoring of the test leads for cable breakage
• Monitoring of contact to the test object

Insulating resistance test, ISO-Module DC10-CL:

• Test voltage adjustable from 50 – 1000 V DC
• Resistance limits adjustable from 0 – 400 MOhm
• Electronically regulated, incl. ramp function and active discharge
• Current limited as detailed in EN 50 191
• Monitoring of the test leads for cable breakage
• Monitoring of contact to the test object

Protective Earth test, PE-Module AC25:

• Test current adjustable from 2 – 25 A AC
• Resistance limits adjustable from 1 – 500 mOhm
• Switchable to test as detailed in EN 60 204
• Test voltage adjustable < 6 V und < 12 V
• Electronically regulated

Additional output: PEP4-socket

• PE-connection for mains terminal of the test object
• This enables completely independent PE-testing,
• separated from HV- ISO-testing.
